She is the founder of Jegayo, a consultancy that blends strategic clarity with creative direction to help future-focused businesses build worlds people can understand, trust, and participate in. Her approach integrates cultural insight, systems thinking, and narrative structure to create brands that feel coherent, intentional, and alive.
Flore began her career in illustration at fourteen, which led to international publications and political editorial work. Over time, she became more interested in the architecture behind ideas: why people believe what they believe, how narratives shape organizations, and how identity evolves inside shifting cultural landscapes. This path moved her into seven years of brand strategy and identity development before expanding into the sustainability and green chemistry space, where she now helps scientists and founders translate complex ideas into accessible, meaningful systems.
Through Jegayo, she works with clients to surface unseen potential, reframe challenges, and design worlds that feel like an authentic extension of their values.
