Challenge

Everlong Captive is a category leader in captive insurance, with a reputation built on deep expertise and long-standing client relationships. But their digital presence told a different story. An outdated website, stock photography, and generic messaging put them on equal footing with competitors who had a fraction of their experience.

In an industry where credibility determines whether a prospect picks up the phone, the gap between how Everlong operated and how they appeared online was costing them the conversations they deserved.

Opportunity

Market research confirmed what we suspected: most firms in captive insurance rely on the same visual language. Everlong had the substance to stand apart. Nothing in their digital presence signaled it.

We restructured their content into a new information architecture, developed a refined typographic and visual system designed around understated precision, and reframed complex industry information through custom diagrams, photography treatments, and dimensional mockups of lead-generating resources.

The site was custom-built in Next.js with a Prismic backend, giving Everlong full ownership of a scalable platform with their tech stack integrated to capture and route every visitor interaction.

Outcome

Qualified leads tripled within three months. Time on site and pages per session increased measurably. The sales team reported better conversations with better-aligned prospects.

The digital presence now matches the experience of working with Everlong directly. The brand finally communicates the depth that was always there.

"Within three months of launch, our leads have tripled. Time on our site and pages visited clearly show the return on investment. The right clients are reaching out and our sales team is having better conversations. More importantly, our digital presence now feels like an authentic extension of our best client interactions. In an industry where trust is the product, Flore created a platform that communicates trust — and the results prove it."
